My foodie career spans from working on brand marketing campaigns with my digital marketing agency Dalry Rose Digital, to working with some of the most amazing names in food and drink through content creation, writing for glossy magazines and guest blog posts, and of course creating new flavours on plates with my food brand Happy Adjika.

WRITING
I started writing in 2012 on my personal blog focussing on food, fashion, and beauty. Since then I have collaborated on a number of brand blog posts, as well as wrote pieces for the media and glossy magazines on food and countryside lifestyle, as well as foraging and growing your own food.
I work on articles including research into topics, tips and guides, recipes, and opinion pieces.
MENU CREATION
I LOVE working with seasonal produce, local farmers and producers, and foraged finds. I can help you design the perfect menu, tweak elements as needed, and produce final recipe cards for you to use.

FOOD PHOTOGRAPHY
A picture tells a thousand words - and it can also be the invite your audience is looking for when it comes to trying your food. Tell your story through captivating and enticing food photography which invites the viewer to come and take a bite!

With a background in marketing and social media, I love helping food, drink, and countryside brands, influencers, and individuals success by sharing my knowledge and strategic tips which are proven to work (trust me, I used them on my brands!).

MASTERCLASSES & EVENTS
I have hosted a number of events for food, drink and countryside brands from how to create engaging content on Instagram, to how to cook with Georgian condiments, game, and beginners foraging classes.
