HAMPSHIRE FORAGING COURSES

Join me for a foraging course in the beautiful countryside of Hampshire, where you'll discover the incredible world of wild food. Learn how to identify, safely harvest, and sustainably enjoy nature’s hidden ingredients - all found right on your doorstep in the picturesque landscape of Hampshire.

Whether you’re new to foraging or looking to deepen your knowledge, these hands-on courses will reconnect you with the land and inspire you to bring wild flavours into your kitchen.

We will meet and grab a coffee before embarking on a 3 hour walk around the beautiful Hampshire countryside. During the walk we will identify seasonal plants and mushrooms, learn how to use them, and dive into the folklore and history around the plants. As well as the wonderful edible and medicinal plants, we will learn what to stay away from! We will also enjoy foraged seasonal snacks and drinks which I prepare the night before, as we learn about the beauty of nature.
